Any pricing shown or discussed before arrival may be an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise. Final cost may depend on travel, location, terrain, time, equipment required, complexity of the recovery, and other circumstances encountered at the scene.
Recovery Authorization
Before recovery work begins, Stuck Nation may require the vehicle owner or other authorized person to complete and sign a recovery authorization. The person signing confirms that they have authority to authorize the requested service and acknowledges the risks associated with off-road recovery, winching, extraction, towing, and related assistance.
Information recorded before, during, or after a recovery, including photographs, vehicle condition, recovery methods, work performed, pricing, signatures, and payment status, may be retained as part of Stuck Nation's service record.
Emergency Situations
Stuck Nation is an off-road recovery and support service and is not a substitute for police, fire, emergency medical services, or other emergency responders. If someone is injured, in immediate danger, or experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
